Abstract

Knowledge Building provides a model of education for a knowledge age, a modelof collective responsibility for idea improvement. Teachers who are eager toexplore Knowledge Building pedagogy and Knowledge Forum technology intheir classrooms may not know where to begin. The aim of this contribution isto give examples and suggestions of how to get started with the pedagogy and the technology. Two examples are presented, one from Senior Kindergarten andthe other from Grade 1. The paper ends with suggestions for newcomers fromteachers with years of experience in Knowledge Building.
