23. Le organizzazioni come Knowledge Building Communities
Abstract
In this paper the organizations are conceived as Knowledge Building Communities(KBC). In KBC model knowledge and learning are intangible resourcesand dynamic process to manage and capitalize on, in order to favor a sustainableand competitive development of organizations. By adopting a psychosocialperspective, we argue that the creation of knowledge is a collaborative and participated process involving the whole organizational community; thus, it is a toolwhich mediates the relationship between the organization and the (individualand organizational) learning process, aimed at producing innovation in organizations.Downloads
