10. Evaluation interactionnelle et formation de l'opinion sur un prototype

Abstract

The article analyzes the role of the interactional assessment in a process of innovation.

The two cases described into the article show how a prototype device can be assessed by using both a survey interview and a public presentation of it. In both case the focus seems to be on how either potentials or real users would interact with such a device.
