9. Un baromètre de satisfaction pour les usages de l'ENT? Eléments de l'enquête – ENT-LR, 2006

Abstract

The goal of the present work is twofold. First, we present the result of a survey addressing the uses and usability of the Languedoc-Roussillon Digital Workspace from several different and complementary perspectives. Second, we propose a satisfaction index built from the survey results in order to assess of the usability, satisfaction and main motivations of the student population.
