Education and Value Creation in the Digital Era: Competencies for a Transformative Humanism
From November 27th to 29th, 2025, Florence provided the stunning backdrop for a milestone event: the X National Congress of CKBG, organized in collaboration with INDIRE. Celebrating both the 20th anniversary of CKBG and the 100th anniversary of INDIRE, the congress was a vibrant gathering of teachers, researchers, and students dedicated to “Education and Value Creation in the Digital Era.”
The event saw wide participation and a high level of engagement. Attendees immersed themselves in a rich program featuring interactive posters and lively debates, significantly enriched by the interesting intervention of Marlene Scardamalia and Carl Bereiter (University of Toronto) and the inspiring contributions of our keynote speakers: Stéphan Vincent-Lancrin (OECD), Frank De Jong (Open University), and Nadia Sansone (UnitelmaSapienza). Their insights on AI innovation, the Trialogical Approach, and Knowledge Building guided our collective reflection on fostering a transformative humanism rooted in happiness and sustainability.
We thank all the participants for contributing to such a meaningful dialogue on the future of education.
